A safe place to share, to be held accountable, and the tools needed to set realistic goals that will enable you to make a change in your life. What you'll get: • Six 60-minute sessions and three 30 min check-ins • Grocery Shopping Tag along (30 min - $45) • I’ll help you navigate your healthy eating journey in real time! Let’s meet at the store and read some labels together! • Lunch/dinner “date” ($65 plus the cost of coach meal) • Struggle the most when you are out to eat? Let’s meet at a local spot and I’ll help you navigate the menu
