What is Health Coaching?

The National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching defines coaching as a process by which clients work with coaches to align their goals with their values to result in lasting changes that enhance the overall health and well-being of the client. Health coaching recognizes that YOU are the expert in your life and provides support and accountability as you gain confidence to become the best version of yourself.


Who is Coaching for?

Anyone considering making a change. If you are feeling “stuck” in life and find that your health is being impacted, coaching is for you. If you’ve already begun making changes and just desire support and accountability to continue then health coaching is for you too!

What you will get:

Someone who is invested in your health and well-being. A safe place to share, to be held accountable and the tools needed to set realistic goals that will enable you to make a change in your life.

Why does it matter?

There are eight different areas that need attention for us to feel balanced and fulfilled. When you find yourself struggling in one area, it has the potential to throw off your whole outlook on life. Thankfully, even nourishing one area has the potential to positively impact the other areas.
